On 21 May 2024, the College for Social Sciences and Humanities of the UA Ruhr Research Alliance will host a workshop entitled: “Towards Social Innovation Digital Ecosystems (SIDEs): Challenges and Opportunities“. The event will be partly hybrid and online participation is possible.

In addition to a contribution from Douglas Wegner (Senior Fellow at the College), the workshop will be enriched by contributions from ESSI members Jürgen Howaldt and Christoph Kaletka (both TU Dortmund University). The event will be rounded off by insights into the Social Innovation Ecosystem of Florianopolis by Corolina Andion (State University of Santa Catarina, Brazil) and concluding discussions and (on-site) working sessions.
